Two ways to work with us
We charge for our work, not your products. Pick the track that fits what you are buying. Every price here is a starting estimate. Your final commission and consulting fee depend on your product, your order size, and your market, because costs are different from one country to the next.

Pay a small consulting fee upfront for the factory vetting and quotes. When your order is confirmed, we deduct that same amount from your commission. Your net cost is just the commission.

Why we charge an upfront consulting fee
For business clients who want to scale, we charge a small consulting fee upfront. It starts around $100 and depends on the product, the export market, and your order size. This pays for real work before you spend a cent at the factory.

The good part
Sampling is not cheap. Most factories charge three to five times the unit cost just for a sample. The good news is your consulting fee is deductible. Once you place your final order, we take the same amount off your commission. In the end, the consulting fee costs you nothing.

We find the best matching suppliers. If you need product development, like custom molds, we coordinate the technical drawings and check feasibility.

Sampling and validation
We arrange the samples. They come to our office first for testing, then we forward them to you. A consulting fee may apply at this stage.

Production and QC
Once you order, we monitor mass production. Our team runs AQL 2.5 quality inspections to keep every batch consistent.

Logistics and delivery
We handle warehousing, consolidation, and door-to-door shipping, so your goods arrive ready to sell.

Pricing questions, answered
How much does a China sourcing agent cost?
Personal and individual buyers pay a flat $10 per order. Small businesses and brands pay a 5% to 10% commission on the order value, on a sliding scale by order size. Bigger orders pay a lower percentage. Businesses also pay a small consulting fee upfront, from around $100, and we deduct that fee from the commission once you place your final order.
Do you mark up the product price?
No. We never mark up your products. We share the original factory quote in RMB with an English translation, plus domestic invoices and customs documents. The factory price you see is the price you pay. Our income is only the commission and the consulting fee, and both are shown on your invoice.
Is the consulting fee refundable?
The consulting fee is deductible. Once you place your final order, we take the same amount off your commission, so in the end it costs you nothing. It pays for real work upfront, like three to five factory quotes, a supplier background report, and real photos of the factory and product.
